Your barometer might be a good indicator for finding the right moment for fishing. In addition, during and after rain, lots of flies can be seen around the water surface, attracting fish.

To adapt to those wet and windy weather conditions, you will need appropriate fishing clothing, including a waterproof jacket or coat. You can add a fleece liner for, for ex. technical carp fishing, as you will also be fishing at night.
