Warranty & Returns
Defects caused by accidents, negligence, misuse, or failure to follow washing and maintenance instructions are not covered by the guarantee. Normal wear and tear or damage caused later to a product are also not covered by the return/warranty policy.
If you have received a product in a damaged condition, please notify us within 8 days from the day you discovered the defect via our contact form. To ensure a smooth handling, please always add the order number and a picture to your e-mail.
Afterwards, please send the damaged product to our return address that is mentioned in the communication regarding the return. In case of a possible refund, please also add your bank account number, so that we can execute the refund. All items must be returned to us in clean and orderly condition.
For all products purchased through the Baleno webshop, you have the right, in accordance with the regulations on distance selling, to cancel/return any order within 14 calendar days (counting from the day after the delivery date). You will be refunded as soon as possible.
In these cases you cannot invoke the right of withdrawal:
- used, soiled, damaged or incomplete items as well as worn clothing
- items from which the label has been removed
- articles that have been custom-made for the customer (printed, embroidered, special-made, etc.)
- articles that cannot be returned due to their nature
- articles damaged due to negligence, incorrect use or repair by third parties or yourself.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, please request your return form using our contact form.
Upon confirmation of receipt of the return form by us, you must send the goods back to the address stated on the return form (returns via one of our retailers will not be accepted).
We ask you to return the products in an undamaged and complete state (including all accessories), in their original & undamaged package, with the label, and with the return form no later than 14 calendar days after receipt. The shipping date counts as the inspection date. The return costs are free only if the buyer uses the provided return label. Other returns are at your own expense. Unstamped or insufficiently stamped shipments are always refused and returned to sender.
We will refund the full purchase price (excluding shipping costs) within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
If it appears that the goods have not been received in accordance with the above conditions, the purchase price and shipping costs will not or not completely be refunded. The product will remain your property in that case. At your request, the product can be sent back to you, subject to payment of the corresponding shipping costs.
